Training Commencement: 

 • Start Date: September 8th

 • Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM 

 • Location: East Coast Dragons Martial Arts Center 

 Essentials for Success: 

 • Each athlete must arrive equipped with a water bottle, proper running shoes, and dedicated        training attire for every session. 

 Investment in Excellence: 

 • The cost for this transformative training experience is $400 tax included for 12 meticulously planned sessions. 

 • To ensure your participation, payment is required by August 1st. At East Coast Dragons Martial Arts Center, we do not merely train champions; we forge them.
