Our After School Program includes physical activities such as basic introductory karate, arts/crafts and more. 

A simple snack will be provided. In order to secure your spot, the After School care waiver must be filled out in Full and a First and Last month deposit is due. Note: the is a non-refundable deposit that will be held for cancelations.

School closed for the day? Come have fun at Dragonz! Arts and crafts, games, Karate and a movie are just some of the activities offered during the day. Please pack lunch and two snacks and wear weather appropriate, comfortable clothes. 8:00am - 5:00pm

 Skills learned in the DRAGONZ self-defense program are to be used in real life situations. This is not a sport or a point match. In real life you do not get to pick your bad guy. He/she will almost always pick the time, place and/or method of attack. You will never get this luxury. We train our students with this in mind.

 A lot of people will not take a self defense course because they think it’s too hard or they don’t have enough experience. This program was created for the widest range of students.

When it's March break or a week in summer, 

Camp Kidz is the place your child need to be.  Kidz need to be able to use washroom on their own, fully independent.
